By installing and using the AuditFlow AI Webflow Designer Extension, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

AuditFlow AI is a tool designed to help Webflow developers identify and fix basic SEO and accessibility issues (such as missing Alt Text, H1 hierarchy, and contrast ratios). While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that using this tool will make your website 100% legally compliant with WCAG or other accessibility laws. It is an assistive tool, not a legal compliance guarantee.

3. Third-Party Services and API Costs

AuditFlow AI utilizes a "Bring Your Own Key" (BYOK) model for its AI features.

You are solely responsible for creating your own OpenAI account, managing your API key, and securing it.
You are fully responsible for any charges or costs incurred on your OpenAI account while using this extension. AuditFlow AI is not liable for any API usage fees.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the extension will be error-free or uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the creator of AuditFlow AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits/data arising out of or in connection with your use of the extension.
